華說：『我要作耶路撒冷四圍的火城，並要作其中的榮耀。』(亞 2:4-5)

暗遮蓋大地，幽暗遮蓋萬民，耶和華卻要顯現照耀你；祂的榮耀要現在你身

一. 神是我們的祝福：祂的祝福、無可限量
❖ 這是個渴望蒙福、蒙愛世代
▪ 4 …耶路撒冷必有人居住，好像無城牆的鄉村，因為人民和牲畜甚多。
▪ 5…你用油膏了我的頭，使我的福杯滿溢。6 我一生一世必有恩惠慈愛隨著我。
(詩 23:5b-6)
二. 神是我們的保護：祂的保護、無人能比
❖ 這是個太需要被保護、保守的險惡世代
▪ 5 耶和華說：『我要作耶路撒冷四圍的火城…』
▪ 4 我雖然行過死蔭的幽谷，也不怕遭害，因為你與我同在；你的杖、你的竿，
都安慰我。5 在我敵人面前，你為我擺設筵席…(詩 23:4-5a)
▪ 12…你是誰，竟怕那必死的人？怕那要變如草的世人？13 卻忘記鋪張諸天、立
定地基、創造你的耶和華？(賽 51:12-13)
三. 神是我們的榮耀：祂的榮耀、至高無上
❖ 這是個忙碌、盲目、且缺少永恆價值的世代
▪ 5 耶和華說：『我要作耶路撒冷四圍的火城，並要作其中的榮耀。』
▪ 16 所以，我們不喪膽。外體雖然毀壞，內心卻一天新似一天。 17 我們這至暫至
輕的苦楚，要為我們成就極重無比、永遠的榮耀。(林後 4:16-17)

livestock in it. 5 For I,’ says the LORD, ‘will be a wall of fire all around her, and I will be the glory in

1. God is our blessing; His blessings are without measure
a. This is a generation that longs to be blessed and loved
· 4 … ‘Jerusalem shall be inhabited as towns without walls, because of the multitude of
men and livestock in it. (Zech 2:4)
· 5 … You anoint my head with oil; My cup runs over. 6 Surely goodness and mercy
shall follow me all the days of my life (Psalm 23:5b-6)
2. God is our protection; His protection cannot be compared
a. This is a perilous generation in need of protection and keeping
· 5 For I,’ says the LORD, ‘will be a wall of fire all around her (Zech 2:5)
· 4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil; For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me. 5
You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies;
· 12 … who are you that you should be afraid of a man who will die, and of the son of a
man who will be made like grass? 13 And you forget the LORD your Maker, who
stretched out the heavens and laid the foundations of the earth; You have feared
continually every day because of the fury of the oppressor, when he has prepared to

3. God is our glory; His glory is supreme
a. This is a generation that is busy, blind, and devoid of eternal value
· 5 For I,’ says the LORD, ‘will be a wall of fire all around her, and I will be the glory in
her midst.’ ” (Zech 2:4-5)
· 16 Therefore we do not lose heart. Even though our outward man is perishing, yet the
inward man is being renewed day by day. 17 For our light affliction, which is but for a
moment, is working for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory, (2 Cor
4:16-17)
